IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – PLEASE READ
Following the government’s announcement of the new Tier System in England, we are excited to announce that we will fully reopen Wednesday 2nd December to the end of term (Saturday 12th December) for all classes in our studios.
We would like to extend our gratitude to all of our students and parents for their commitment through the last month whilst we have been attending class on Zoom. Together we have danced through 160 classes over the past four weeks and you have all been fantastic, thank you. It brings so much happiness to see you continue to focus on your dancing even through strange times and having that consistency has helped us all through this lockdown.
The health and safety of our students, teachers and parents is, as always, our top priority therefore all safety procedures previously in place at our studios to ensure KDAD is a COVID secure facility will remain in place. This includes social distancing in class and upon arrival/exit, face masks when entering the studios (11+ at Bedfont, 8+ at Ashford) and for parents dropping off/collecting. We will have our hand sanitiser stations ready to go and available throughout class.
With just a short time until Christmas, all of us at KDAD are looking forward to welcoming you back to our venues on Wednesday 2nd December.
Exams: ISTD EXAMS are continuing to take place in all Tiers so we have:
Tap Exams: Thursday 10th December & Thursday 11th February
Modern Exams: Friday 12th February
Ballet Exams: 11th December (TBC) & 4th February
You and your child will be notified if they are being entered for exams and our classes will continue to work towards these exams at all levels.
